Because you can get only 1 cube of meat every chapter, not floor, so you get boss room items, and meat boy is a very good familiar, satanic bible get rid of ALL boss room items, wich means that tears ups will be very rare and if you're unlucky, not even a damage up, and you'll lose all the hearts you gain, but book of revelation you get all. Cube of Meat is not a good item without synergies.
